Exchange & Return Policy

At Pinwheel, we create our collections in limited quantities with great care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:
•⁠  ⁠The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
•⁠  ⁠Original tags must be attached.
•⁠  ⁠The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Once your exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the process.

Returns

We currently do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
•⁠  ⁠Products purchased on sale or during promotional events.
•⁠  ⁠Customised or altered garments.
•⁠  ⁠Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
